About our organization...
Senior home transition, the process of moving or downsizing in late life, can be an overwhelming process for senior adults and their families. Families must have reliable resources to help with their projects. MoveSeniors.com provides only qualified experts.

MoveSeniors represents only those relocation service providers or move managers who have the necessary skills and credentials to assist clients, their caregivers and families with a late life home transition.

In 2004, the Senior Transition Council (www.seniortransition.org) founded the Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS)™ designation to advance the quality of home transition services, help define industry standards and protect the public as they seek services. In 2007, CRTS became the industry standard.

Today there are hundreds of Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists providing assistance to senior clients and their families throughout North America.

Certified Relocation Specialists (CRTS)™ are dedicated professionals who provide a spectrum of moving and age-in-place services. All CRTS must meet eligibility, exam and security requirements and are held to insurance and continuing education standards.

Certified Relocation Specialists include aging services specialists, senior living administrators, home care providers, movers, move managers, professional organizers, home staging professionals, Realtors®, interior designers and other individuals who participate in the high touch, high harm aspects of senior relocation and home transition.
